Terms and Conditions of Service

1. At time of device collection by customer, Thakral One reserves the right to request customer to product this form, settle all charges, and show proof of device ownership.

2. Proper care will be done in the service & repair of the item. but Thakral One Co., Ltd will not be held responsible for any data loss from any data storage whilst equipment is being serviced under Thakral One Co., Ltd. Data backup is the responsibility of the customer.

3. Thakral One may, at its discretion, sell or despose any un-serviced, serviced, un-repaired or repaired machine if such item remains unclaimed and continues to be left in the custody of Thakral One for more than 60 days SINCE the date of our service report provided.

4. Thakral One shall not be obliged to accept or comply with customer’s instruction to collect or make free delivery of device from or to his/her home or any designated place specified by customer. However, such service request, if complied with, will be chargeable.

5. Thakral One is not obligated to show, teach or train customer on Apple operating system features of the device. If required to do so, such services will be chargeable.

6. Thakral One reserves the right to deny service to customer if the device shows evidence of unauthorised repairs or modification made, mismatched bar code serial label, accidental damaged, Beyond Economical Repair (BER), abused, misused, sign of liquid-damaged or modification with 3rd party accessories. 7. Thakral One will take all reasonable care while performing the service/repair. However, Thakral One SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for any loss of data or damages, unauthorised dissemination of any data, claims or expenses arising from provision of the service.

8. Customer will be responsible for removing all accessories, screen protector, casing etc.., before sending in for repair.

9. Thakral One reserves the right to alter, modify, add or otherwise vary these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice to customers.
